A: If they weren’t reliable we wouldn’t back them up! Yes, they are extremely reliable. All Trane products are tested to extremes in labs using a SEET lab (Systems Extreme Environmental Test). The products are put to frigidly cold temperatures and blazing heat and then repeated in two-week sessions to see if they can withstand the extreme temperatures. If a product doesn’t make it through the tests, it doesn’t make the cut and doesn’t get made.
